In L Anderson's blog "What In Our Nation?!" they talk about Alabama and one of their abortion bans that just past. You would think with how far America has come; they would not take a step back like this by passing this outdated law. Back in the day, women were trying to do abortions at home and not only hurting themselves but could harm the fetus if the abortion did not work since there was no medical care aided. Not only is history going to repeat itself with at-home abortions but illegal abortions with doctors like the Gonzales v. Carhart case. I agree with L Anderson in their blog, and they made a lot of good statements and "the women of Alabama could pay the price with their lives" Is an excellent explanation of what is happening right now in 2019. I hope the rest of the country does not follow through with this barbaric law and let women have their own rights. Eventually, we can look back on this as another significant historical event that women fought for, and we won.
